Tolerance: Mscontin vs Dilaudid

I have a low-moderate tolerance. 2mg of Dilaudid (liquid vials) is enough to get me failrly high (granted for a VERY short time)...4mg is a better rush. I honestly haven't gone beyond that, with dillies.

If I were to encunter MsContin 15mg (blue) pills....would it be dumb to plug the whole 30mg? I would ASSUME that IV'ing Dilaudid would be pretty significant tolerance wise. Just not sure how they would compare..dont want to overdo it, but would certainly want a decent effect,

Bump at this thread, can we plug an entire 30mg blue pill ? Is it useless or it's gonna potentate the effect or the time it act ?

Hydromorphone is rougly 8x stronger then morphine so 4mg of hydromorph would be almost exactly equal to 30mg morphine, not factoring in the bioavailibility of the two opiates. You;ll be fine plugging/shooting 30mg morphine if you can handle 4mg hydromorphone.

you can plug the morphine, but you're not gonna get much from it at that dosage.

When your prepare the pill to plug, make sure you use boiling water. There is a wax coating on the pill that u need to dissolve or u will see little chunks of pill and wax floating. You only need .5 - 1 ml of water. Just use enough water to cover the bottom of a shot glass. Maybe a tad more

Crush up and use .5 - 1 ml of water or enough to cover tthe bottom of a shot glass. The pill has a wax coating on it. If you don't use hot water there will be chunks. Let cool a bit and plug. That's the best way to take mscontin

hot water is what causes the wax to form. I've learned using room temp water when preparing morphine for shots that it doesn't gel up. but I don't think wax is something you need to worry about when plugging a pill, its gonna get absorbed either way, I'm sure.
