The mother of a 3-year-old who ate LSD laced candy is back in court Thursday for a custody hearing.

Ashli Freas faces charges of child endangerment and abandonment.

A Williamson County judge gave temporary custody to the boy's great grandmother in July.

The boy's father is also fighting to get custody.

The toddler ate the drug-laced candy in June while his mother was visiting friends.

at 3 years old you brain is pretty much fully developed. All athst left is storing experience/data to make you an identity. If theres no data for you to call back apon for the awareness of altered consciousness then does it accure at all?

the kid is fine, but why the hell is the kid in his grandparrents care
? I dont get how a grandmother can have rights to a child when the father is pressent...

Yeh, that's just plain wrong. However, there are exceptions to every rule... :\

Is it me or does it seem that the TeleTubbies are always tripping on something? And what's with that baby's face up in the sky?

I mean, I keep seeing that kid even after I turn off the TV.

^ Why are you watching Teletubbies in the first place?

if you got 5 channels and 4 of them are soaps in the afternoon, wouldn't you watch teletubbies?
