For those who understand my need for help despite my inability to ask.
A dog's smile

im thankful that i live in a free country

im thankful that someone decided to mix chocolate with peanut butter

and last but not least im thankful for these OC 80s and Jameson whiskey

1. Fuckin' A. Enjoy it while it lasts.

2. Yes..... but have you tried peanutbutter and mustard (the yellow Frenches kind) on a Ritz cracker?
Try one with a big dollop of peanutbutter, and make a little divot in the middle for the mustard. Consume. For an added bonus, a few pieces of diced onion are nice.
But I'm dead serious..... TRY IT..... the flavor-sensation is so wack yet yummy it makes your tastebuds go WTF and fucks with the brain's list of known flavors..... and after one, yeh gotta eat another just to make sure the first one was really as good as yeh suspected.
That recipe came from a situation in which my friend Doughnut and I smoked a half-oz with bong-rips; when the munchies hit, the ONLY consumables in his fridge and cupboards was peanutbutter, Frenches Yellow Mustard, Ritz Crackers, and a piece of onion. It was either that, or walk 4mi to the corner store.

3. Bastard. xD

Today I am thankful for the fact that I attended my grandmothers funeral sober. I haven't attended a single social event sober for over a year.

Today i'm thankful for my dad, who brought me some ibuprofen 800 while I was at work. Wisdom tooth pain was making me crazy!!

I am thankful that the ER doctor today gave me the medication I needed. I was really losing it without my pain meds. It's tough to come off a high dose fentanyl patch cold turkey. <shivers>

for the fact that I just started a new job and I feel like a may actually get something good outta this plus a very peaceful/positive mindset for now :)

Today I am thankful for strangers willing to lend a helping hand. Yesterday I was driving to the grocery store about five miles from my home when the fuel pump went out on our truck. My mother is the only person here that Darin and I know (and we live next door to her). Of course I didn't have my phone on me :( which is VERY rare. So, we have to walk back to the house.

Most of you know I have some physical impairments and SHOULD NOT be making five mile hikes. But we had no other choice. We got a 3/4 of the way home when a kind older gentlemen stopped and offered us a ride. I was ecstatic thru the sweat and near tears. It was very generous and even potentially dangerous for him to do that but I guess thats one reason living in a small town can be nice.

Small acts like this really keep my faith in humanity up...

Today (and always) I am thankful for the people in my life who love me. Always truly grateful of that. Love is the best gift we can receive <3

^too bad you don't live anywhere near me. I would have given you a ride anytime.

  • fresh bakery rolls with poppy seed, served with tomato, deli meat and butter...and tea
  • weekend is when I get to see my SO for two whole, uninterrupted days
  • running water which allow me to easily clean things...don't even wanna imagine the alternative
  • my mom...even thou we have our problems my life would be much worse w/o her in it
  • A/C
  • oh yes, love, the spiritual and also the physical kind;)...hooray for sexual compatibility, before noon sexual encounters and pregnancy hormones

^Ahh ZYG'z....you are too sweet. You couldn't have missed my crippled and tatted old body with un-extending thumb trying in vain to aim toward the sky trying to bum a ride either lol

I am thankful that I didn't get arrested a few weeks ago trying to pick up oxycotin.

I am thankful for still having friends and not losing friends because of my oxy habits.

I am lucky to even have friends to begin with, some of them I met because of weed, but in the end, we had other things in common, which bonded our friendships in better ways.

Even though a lot of my friends moved away, and I was left behind, I still keep in close contact with them on facebook, AIM, email, phone calls, etc. I am thankful for the technology that lets people stay in touch.
