Today I am thankful for...

random kisses- like when your just folding your laundry and your s/o comes up and puts her lips lightly to yours out of the blue. It makes sends a shiver down me and makes my heart flutter...but in a way that is the embodiment of euphoria.
 
I absolutely love this thread, brings so much positivity to the dark place :)

I am a massive proponent of finding something every day to be thankful for, I keep a gratitude rock in my pocket at almost all times and whenever I touch it the rule is that I have to think of something that I am grateful for, and I always manage to think of something, no matter how little it may seem to others, it is what it means to me that is important.

Ok, so I'm going to touch the stone and think of something that I am thankful for :)

I'm very thankful for having a semi-stable job, something half decent to live. I'm also very thankful for all of the online friends that I have that have supported me and made my life seem so much more bearable in times of desperation. Thank you all, effie especially, and also another former mod who I am very close with :)
 
Today I am thankful that I still occasionally have dreams about my deceased wife which always seem so real at the time.
I just hate it when I wake up and the dream is over but still grateful for the time she was with me.
 
Thankful for a break frm the kiddo, dont get me wrong i love her to death, But never get time to myself on weekends.... Thank god for sleepovers, ive another 24 hrs of freedom shame i got no paper or id maybe go out for a drink. Solitary time will do though. Is well overdue:\
 
Today I am thankful that I have got a nice beef curry waiting to be eaten when I get home from work later.

I am thankful for my dreams in general and for being able to remember scraps of them throughout the day.

I know exactly know what you both mean. I cherish these dreams. I am just thankful for another day to be with my family and friends.
