is it harmful to have a smoke right after brushing your teeth? dont ask me why but sometimes i do it im wonderin if its bad
 
i was going to reply with a sarcastic remark but then i remembered it wasnt funny at all..
anyway, i'd repost this in health q&a. you'll probably get a better response there.
 
Its harmful to have a smoke anytime. It irritates gum tissue and stains teeth and can lead to periodontal disease. I can't think of any reason why it would be more harmful to smoke right after brusing your teeth. Although don't you think it would be better just to wait until after you smoke to brush? Its gross going to bed with cigarette breath, nobody likes that.
