toad skin extraction?

Purchasing/acquiring toad skins is immoral, inconsiderate and just plain wrong. The best way is to buy/find some live bufo toads, raise them yourself, love them, care for them, and milk their glands kindly. This way you get a lifetime supply of the good stuff, and you're not hurting the poor animals.

a) Many people eat meat for it's taste.
b) Many people spend more money on drugs than on food.

So, well... Guess what would happen if there was heroin (or amphetamine, or mdma, or...) in kitten hearts. Or rather, you already know what happens to animals with nice skin or fur.
Not to mention people eat frogs. The amount of time spent eating a meal of frogs would even be similar to the time a DMT trip lasts. I have fun squatting flies, though, so I guess any comparisons are pointless, anyway.

You could try doing an a/b extraction and then a fractional distillation. You could probably remove the bufotenine that way, but that doesn't seem to be the only other active chemical in those toad's venom.
Anyway, this would (not) work with skin and secretions alike, though I'd guess you'd have more crap to remove if you're using skins.
If you can't do a distillation or something equivalent to that, you'll probably end up with some rather nasty stuff. Bufotenine doesn't seem to be all that pleasant. Neither does the other stuff in toad venom.

A mixture of 5-MeO-DMT and 5-OH-DMT could be extracted, probably by A/B, though I imagine yopo seeds would be a better, more available source, if you really want to take such a nasty drug. Seperating those two very similar chemicals is probably beyond the scope of the kitchen chemist.
 
I tried doing a live cold water extraction, but the little fucker kept jumping around and tearing the coffee filter.
 
^^^haha thats hilarious maybe you could cool its body temperature since its cold blooded and it wouldnt move so much? But I think its kind of funny how offended people are, just one question for all the people exlaiming how horrible it is, do you eat meat every day? Cause thats "immoral, inconsiderate and just plain wrong" as well if were going by your logic.
 
Please leave those animals where they belong, in nature and try to get your own tryptamine alkaloids pure from somewhere.

If you simply MUST then get an Incilius Alvarius toad but treat it right, you cannot buy a cow and expect to get milk from it without keeping it healthy and well, feeding it etc. This is similar.
