To true addicts: If you won the lottery, can you see yourself dead from a drug o.d.?

lol, probably. but i'm usually really smart about dosage. actually scratch that, i usually use the maximum i can without dying. oh man, if i won the lottery.... opiates and i shall be together forever. <3
 
Fuk yes i would. Lol cocaine meth mixed with a ton of perc and drinking beer the entire time while smoking cigs like a chimney and drinking red bull. With some molly and maybe some lsd to top it off haha
 
I have been involved in the drug game for many years, im an addict and have a pretty much unlimited supply, yet im still alive. I have alot of friends who are in the same situation, i have lost alot of friends due to drugs but im still alive even though alot of people tell me i probably will end up killing myself.....im still here.
 
If I won the lottery, man I would go NUTS! I would buy so much shit it wouldn't even be funny. But I don't think I'd end up dying from a drug OD. Sure, I might come close, but I don't think I'd push it so far so that I'd end up kickin' it.
 
Well, when I actually had money to spend without trying to search for money to get a drug, I used less... it was after a financial issue and health that lead me the drug abuse, so I'd have to say no... I would be more cautious and steady with use.
 
personally i'm a dissociative, weed, and gabaergic addict (been HEAVILY addicted to k and pcp to the point i wound up in a state hospital, had the shakes bad after ghb binges and a heavy drinker.) so stimulants aren't my thing, i do em a few times a month, but if i had unlimited cash i can see one line of whatever turning into 100 and having a heart attack.
 
I'm sure my heart would give out in a short amount of time due to my weakness for crack, among other stimulants, and my impatience and stupidity when it comes to redosing..
 
Everyone is seeming to forget that the majority of people don't overdose on purpose. you talking about stashes the size of a damn house. Of everything, fucking Everything. the only fair thing to say would be that for an addict, winning the lotto would increase your chance of an overdose. I'll come back to this when I'm not on a phone.
 
If I won the lottery, first I'd make sure that there would be enough money left over to ensure that me and my family will still have money after I die. Then I'd get a brick each of Peruvian flake, clear glass, China white, molly, and Nepalese hash, a bible of acid, a tank of nitrous, the finest alcoholic drinks and a milk jug of PCP. I'd also hire a private doctor to give me whatever I want. Also I'd get all kinds of exotic shit like Ketogan, Quaalude and yen gao. Buy that shit in bulk, fuck paying rich white people prices:p!

I'd go fucking buck wild with that shit! Like a cross between Steve-O and Rick James. Straight Scarface that shit, bang 7 gram rocks and finish them off, because that's how I roll=D!

I can't see myself dying unless I wanted to, especially if I get the raw shit only. But then again nobody does. I can see myself going completely insane, like totally losing touch with reality.
 
If I won the lottery, I'd like to believe the first thing I'd spend my money on would not be drugs but to pay bills and to establish a secure and stable financial future. I'd pay bills, and put money aside for months of rent. I might even buy my own place, something modest but still a nice place to live. Then, I'd probably put money aside for emergencies, maybe even invest in an education and a career.

As for drugs, being realistic, I'd buy myself an ounce of weed, followed by a dozen vials of Ketamine. I'd probably splurge an buy a couple of Oxycodone IR's as well, for old times sake. I was never one for stimulants, I've always been a Psyche/Dissociative person. With that said, I might also invest in a Mushroom Grow Kit, and learn to grow a steady supply for myself and others.
 
Nope, I wouldn't die. If I won the lottery I'd build a lab in my house and get the finest high quality stuff custom synthed right at home. I'm pretty responsible, I don't wanna die, I wanna get high :)
 
Ugh, I've thought about this question a lot for some reason (I don't even play the lottery). I honestly think (as sad as it is) I'd probably end up dying but it's hard to really say.

If I were to get heavy into IV cocaine again, I think that my lifespan would be a couple of days tops, but if I were to stick mainly to opiates, benzo's, and lighter stimulants (D-amp, propylhexadrine-ones either not worth, or too dangerous to inject), I think I'd have a fighting chance. My main problem is that when I have a lot of money (which turns into a lot of drugs), I use up my drugs a lot faster than I would if I ony had limited funds. I offten think that I have a lot more control over opiates than stimulants like cocaine, but the truth of the matter is, when I look back at times where money was not an issue, I would redose on heroin almost as if it was crack which is obviously insanely dangerous. So basically I'd have to learn some hardcore discipline if I wanted to stay alive.
 
I will never involve in drugs.........whatever be the reason is.. Winning the lottery means buying happiness and fulfilling dreams it doesn't mean I have to spend money on such illegal things
