I feel this everytime I am with her, but don't have the courage to say it to her, I wish these words of my mind, would find there way out of my mouth...
I grasp for reality,

I feel that I was very lucky in finding this person, yet havent expressed to her how much she means to me....
Maybe some day....

That was so sweet and so beautiful! I think you should write this down on a homemade card and give it to her. Sometimes it's easier to give someone a note that expresses their feelings rather than trying to stumble for words.
If a guy I cared about wrote this for me, I would melt. Go for it!!!
