to snort or not to snort ambien

Way back before I was IVing, and only had a small opiate tolerance, I experimented a lot with ambien. I had the generic Zolpidem though, which seem a lot cleaner to me.

When I snorted a 10mg pill, it was extremely painful. The only other thing I had ever snorted was hydromorphone and anyone can tell you those are the easiest in the world to snort.

I did it quite a few times with the same general dose (10mg, minus whatever was lost to the process of removing the coating.) But each time I did it things god a lot crazier.

I finally stopped when my girlfriend's (at the time) mom called from Texas to make sure I was okay, because I was talking crazy.

Overall, I don't think it's very much fun, nor recreational, but alas, it comes down to your decision.

After reading this and looking up the nasal bioavailability (some study showed it at 77%, thats a bit higher than oral) I decided to snort 10 mgs and it didn't hurt too bad, just felt like my nose was dry or something. Ended up doing another and another and another and another... Never cared to write a trip report before, but I think I'll write one now.

Just fyi, you won't realize how loopy you were until after and it is likely you'll want to mix other drugs and make really dumb decisions. I think ambien is probably the best drug for acting like a dumbass. Do not make any important decisions while on ambien and I'd recommend not having access to your money or something.

Snorting Ambien just makes it kick in faster and really will knock you out or send u on a crazy ambo trip real fast... Snorting 10mg ambien = kicks in within 4-

5mins... so unless u have a need to get fast effects i would suggest eating them, but ONLY if you have an EMPTY STOMACH! AMBIEN DOES NOT WORK if you have

a full stomach of food... w0rd

No, no Ambien hot lines. This thread didn't need to be resurrected as it's very old, and this is no longer OD material as the forum standards have tightened up.
I am going to close this up and let it die, if anyone has questions, PM me.
