Frosty da snowman
Bluelighter
(I don't think I've posted this before. Did a quick search and didn't see it)
And so the clock keeper says it
And we set to it
Goaded by whip, tooth, fist, and nail
Lifting up the heavy burdens to shoulder length and marching militant and ravaged to the sun
And so blade keeper commands it
And we set to it
Caressed by steel, rock, wood, and polymers
Sawing away at listless strangers, wrapping the packages in white and remain nameless behind the pen
And so the gods watch it
And set us to it
Blessed by word, writ, psalms and rites
And so we write it
And set ourselves to it
The false images of our own godhood
And so the clock keeper says it
And we set to it
Goaded by whip, tooth, fist, and nail
Lifting up the heavy burdens to shoulder length and marching militant and ravaged to the sun
And so blade keeper commands it
And we set to it
Caressed by steel, rock, wood, and polymers
Sawing away at listless strangers, wrapping the packages in white and remain nameless behind the pen
And so the gods watch it
And set us to it
Blessed by word, writ, psalms and rites
And so we write it
And set ourselves to it
The false images of our own godhood
