Anyone going to bonnaroo? I live up north, and we will be travelling 15 hours each way to get there. Cant pass it up, its been so good in the past, and the lineup is kicking this year! Should be some good times... Its a couple months away, but tickets go on sale in a week. PM me if anyone plans on going, we'll meetup and blaze one =D

while it's not exactly required, it would be cool of you to include some additional info in the body of your post such as headliners, a link to the event site if they have one, cover charge, etc.

Holy lineup batman! I've yet to go to Bonnaroo but a few of the guys I work with make the trip every year. I'm floored by some of the great talent on the list!!! I should have a new car by then and well...I just might have to make the journey to come see what all the hype is about:)

seriously though, please keep us informed of any additions to the lineup by posting updates to this thread.
 
If someone buys me a ticket, I will let them stay in my dorm/house for as long as need, prior/after the show, and provide illict substances. ;)
 
I already posted in M&DJ, but Bonnaroo warrants two posts.

Bought my tickets this morning... is it just me or did the 'cheap' block sell out ridiculously fast?

Anyway, excited for a lot. Legends I've yet to see: The Dead (had to leave early last year and missed them, the last show on Sun night), Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson. My old standbys: Dave (sure to play with Tim, Trey, Warren, and...), Gov't Mule (just saw on Wed night, so good), moe., North Mississippi All-Stars. Burning Spear and String Cheese will be cool, no question. My dad listens to Los Lobos so I'll have to borrow some cds and check 'em out. Galactic was cool last year, but would like to see them do an evening show instead this year. Ok, I could continue but I'll just leave it at this: I can't wait.

And for those of you still unsure, buy a damn ticket. Last year's show had like 60+ artists/groups and right now the list sits at 29... it will grow and you will be disappointed if you don't go.
 
yea the cheap block of tickets did sell out very fast. I also think they started selling the tickets a lil before 10am.

Last year was my first Bonnaroo, and I can't wait for this one!
