The single 2 most relevant things in my life is drugs and people. As a result of this I am generally exposed to lots of drugs and seek out others. As broad as this question might be, I'm wondering what sort of lifestyle choices I can make to avoid doing long term damage/significantly shortening my life span etc. I always research something before I do it (lots!) but you cant say 'Oh I've done my research, I can do anything I want now'. My favourite drugs are psychedelics by far so we start there. Most psychonaut veterans seem to be in good mental condition, but do you think daily meditation lowers the chance of frying your brain?

Secondly, Stimulants are the sort of I end up doing, due to how easy they are to obtain. Mephedrone, speed and cocaine are all readily available in my area, I think if you exercise, take multivitamins and eat healthy you generally lower the risks involved with 'uppers'. I also intend to buy a lot of chemicals (2-c...) but I will exercise the same level of caution with them.

Some of the things I also do to look after myself are:

Using inactive smoking mixtures with bud.
NOT smoke tobaco.
Avoiding alcohol in general.
Taking brakes from drugs every few weeks, and avoiding week long binges.

Add what you wish to this list, thanks.
