Benzos tips for taking bromozolam and not getting hellish withdrawals?

How often can i take like 1-1.5mg of bromo? i have the busiest few weeks of my life upcoming and need adderall, and without bromo adderall makes me a nervous fucking wreck.
what's the "DONT DO MORE OFTEN THAN THIS!!!" line for bromo?

i did 1-4 bdo (GHB analogue) every day for months but kept like 12 hour gaps inbetween sessions, and never experienced any serious withdrawals when i stopped. is there a similar rule for bromozolam? should i keep multiple days inbetween doses, etc.?


btw i dont plan on doing this shit for, like, my whole life lol. i love my life and my sober mind and dont even take adderall unless i absolutely have to. i just need to lock in hard for some university shit that i fucking hate for like 2 weeks.

also i dont plan on doing it every day of the 2 weeks (but possibly most days if its safe).

also tbh my bars are almost def underdosed. so i'd say rather than 1-1.5mg id prob b taking like .5-1mg.

oh and, most importantly, are there any warning signs before the month-of-seizures-kill-me-now-hell withdrawals? like i used to take daily adderall, but i quit bc i felt a little dumber, and didnt want to be full retard. will benzo use make me a little more anxious before the dependence is full blown? or will i just wake up one day in a seizure lol.

Just try not to take it everyday, if you want to take it for an extended period then take one dose every 2-3 days at the lowest posible dose.
