Despite the fact that I'm a brilliant prodigi at giving advice on every topic on this board, I've had trouble giving my current sex partner head, and I'm looking for guidance.

Be gentle and really light at first, "warm the car up" as 'medicine cabinet' so eloquently put it. Don't worry about JUST focussing on the clit, feel free to roam about the countryside. And, just in case you aren't doing this already, use your finger(s) if you feel like it too.
Also, it is quite important that she is comfortable in telling you what she wants you to do. This will come with time, she might not be comfortable telling you what she likes yet, or she might not KNOW what she likes!
