Tiny MDMA Dosage?

I took 1 full MDMA capsule of a while ago and I was extremely high for about 5 hours. It was great! BUT I was wondering what feeling I would get from a much smaller dose. Seeing as that 1 full capsule had me rolling extremely hard, I'm curious to how much 1/10 of the capsules effect would have. (why would I want a smaller dosage when I was feeling great with 1 full? Just curious! )

I know tough question seeing as peoples reactions to it are different and capsules are not all the same. Just curious of peoples experiences with taking smaller dosages.

MDMA has a sweet spot with most people. Dose too low, you barely get any, if any effects at all. 30-50 mg is the threshold, and you would need a little time off to feel that (since you just took one, right now you have some tolerance). Dose too high, and the effects arent so great either. I've found the perfect dose lasts about 5 to 5 1/2 hours. Dose too low and its short, dose too high and the effects arnt as strong as if they were a little lower, IMO. You have to find the right dose for you..

Yea that makes sense!
I like for it to last 5-5 1/2 hours but my last trip was just a little bit too intense lol
I guess i'll just try half a capsule and see how that goes in awhile, id rather I think be a bit less high and last shorter and take the other half rather than being totally out of it.

^ watch it with the use though, man. MDMA uses serotonin, which gets depleted after each roll. You want to space them out or it's going to feel like your building rapid tolerance..

Thats true! I was planning on doing another for Benny Bennassi this weekend and then taking a good few months break.

It all depends on the person tolerance level etc and of course the quality as well as dosage. Not forgetting the envoironment.
