Tingling And Muscle Heaviness?

Does anyone else get this or something similar to this?
It happens to me on a good portion of my rolls. I get this really intense tingling on my cheeks and the creases of my arms and legs. That tingling is always accompanied by muscle heaviness that makes me not want to move.
I've noticed that it tends to only happen when I drink while rolling or take a lot of rolls. This also happened to me the one and only time I did Adderall (25mg).
Any ideas of what this could be or similar experiences?

I don't want to jump straight to the worst possible scenario, but heaviness sounds like a circulation issue and could be serious. Normally MDMA makes a person feel light, as if they're floating.

Consult a doctor. I've had friends die from heart conditions and ecstasy.

After getting the 800lb gorilla out of the room, it could just be anxiety. The tingling is fairly normal with stimulant mental effects and circulation. That would mean you need to lower your dose or pursue anti-anxiety solutions.
