ok, I keep this short, because can't see keyboard .

That plan in first message went straight to hell.

Quitting 3g tramadol cold turkey. That is the topic in this message.

There are good advices in this thread, but most of them are about tapering-
basically I'd like to know can it kill me. Literally
I will use valium due withdraw process. It takes three days that is out of my system.

I'd really would appreciate some advices or experiences.

It could kill you but it's very unlikely. You make it more unlikely by staying well hydrated and eating occasionally. Fluid loss and seizure are the two most dangerous symptoms. The valium will stop the siezure. So stay hydrated.

good luck!! I am finding to my displeasure that I am not good at tapering?? I feel I don't know what the hell I am doing??
I am on 30 mgs of Norco a day. and want to get off this stuff, I take it for pain and had used it sparingly for years now take it everyday

cold turkey works with smoking on my end as with other stuff, so I should have nothing to fear I don't think moving forward.
