Time to let you go and o finally say goodbye.........(a letter to a friend who died)

Dear friend in heaven,
how so I miss you,
almost years 3 ago you left us,
but your memorie lives on,
it has taken me so long to try to move on,
in a way I never truely will for you were and still are one of the most special people in the world to me,
I wish you could see me now,im not an 12 year old tomboy anymore,I'm 15 now,you would be so proud to see how i am getting my act in order,
I still have the teddy bear you gave me
I ended up naming her lily bear,
when ever i am sad i hold the bear and its like you are there,
I regret something and have for a few years now,
thers something I never did,I never had to chance to,
I never said goodbye,I never let you go....
but now it is time that I did.....I'll see you in heaven,I luv you,goodbye

I just turned sixteen, I think a lot of people are around that age...actually I just assumed that. How old is every body else?
And of course I have to say that i was very touched by yer poem, it was beautiful!! I am so fortunate to have not had to deal with a loss at that age. Your poetry is beautiful.

you know this makes me think of friends that i have lost. and like you that person will always be with you. one day you'll meet again as long as you know he/she is with you and believe me they are proud.

Thank you everyone I have been writing as far back as I can remember yes i am only 15,But I'm pretty used to everyone saying I'm a youngin'
Losing my friend was probally the hardest thing that ever happened to me,I kinda felt that I could have done something to prevent it because I lost him to suicide,but now I know that it wasnt my fault,and he will always be in my heart
