Opioids Time release

It depends on the specific preperation - in effect the mechanism behind the time release. Crushing it as finely as possible will likely help regardless (and possible completely) but you can also try dissolving it in hot water, letting it cool, filtering to remove the NSAID (assuming that is what 90/120 means), and then consuming the solution. If it gels up when you add the water then it will be much more difficult to break the time release.
 
Like allegator said if you want the time release gone crush it I have done this with plenty of pills and it seems to work. Is anything 100% no

I didn't say no one knows. I said that it depends on the preperation which you never mentioned. Now that you are saying they are "DHC Continus" a quick search of the brand name shows it is based on the European Patent linked to below.

Read through that and you will be able to learn if it can be broken by grinding or not.
 
I was referring to the posters not you about the no one knows. Read a leaflet online that implied crushing/breaking them would work.
