It is merely endless unconstant changes, advancements, and tragedies.
It is what makes you late.
The concept slips your mind when laughter, love, and play fill your day.
How many times did you glance at the clock last time you were passionately making love?
It is the cause of deaths...
Break down every single random death into seconds, minutes, and hours
What you get is accidents seconds too soon or minutes too late.
Time was made for the obsessive, neat, and orderly.
Not for you or me.
Causing those tight deadlines which are practically impossible to meet
Yet you struggle through your 60-hour work week.

Letting it pass or kill it as we may.
Mind and soul in another time lingering on loved and cherished memories or years gone by.

That is, shortly after your boss takes your bonus away.
Time is the basis of the basics,
The guidelines for the guides,
The cells for the worlds prision wall.
Yet I choose to ignore it,
Dismiss it with a casual wave as if the existence is just a vague memory.
Waving the concept and restraint goodbye.
Saying my peace to whats buried and scarred in the past.
Not caring to know my future hour-by-hour or day to day.
Shunning away from this evil scheme to dull and shorten things.

~*~Whatever we see is changing, losing its balance. The reason everything looks beautiful is because it is out of balance, but its background is in perfect harmony. This is how everything exists in the realm of buddha nature, losing its balance against a background of a perfect balance. So if you see things without realizing the background of Buddha nature, everything appears to be in the form of suffering. But if you understand the background of existence, you realize suffering is how we live, and how we extend our life. ~* Everything is interrelated. Nothing exists alone. Without me typing these words you could not read them. W/O my parents I wouldnt be, and W/O thier parents they wouldnt be. W/O sun & rain that nurtured the high grade bud and the worker who picked them and prepared them they would not have any buddha to smoke. W/O the earth to support us and the air to breathe, how would we be sustained? Ultimately, what can be said to exist without every other thing? All things are parts of One Thing. This is not a clever idea, it is the truth.~* ~*~Zen can be defined as the unity of man & universe or as the rhythm of the mind with changing forms as a state of "One-ness" in which there is no "I" .
