Depends on the quality of the dope and how strung out I am. If its primo shit I can go 12 hours without another shot, if I am strung out I'm shooting up every fucking hour until I pass out. I went through about $2,000 worth of dope during the holidays. I got so strung out though I was fixing up every fucking hour. Then I took a break for a few days and I was able to go a couple hours without needing another shot.

Ideally, 4-6.

But it varies. The typical deciding factor is if my previous shot was the right dose.

Oh, and this all assumes that I'm dependent and will go sick without any in my system. If I'm not dependent, then obviously it would be much greater, as I'd only dose a couple times a week if that.

I did it because I had a lot to do and it seemed to motivate me in all areas of my life pretty well, and it kept me on a regular sleeping schedule, something no other drug has done for me yet.

Yeah opiates are the only drug that cured my insomnia. Benzos would sometimes work but the next day I feel like shit and for some reason get really nauseated. I haven't thrown up once on opiates...

ill usually wait as long as humanly possible after a 3 bag shot, usually 6-8 hours. in the meantime i smoke some grass.

Thanks for all the replies guys, I am definitely going to start holding out a lot longer, I'll be giving it a good 4 hours at least in between shots from now on. I guess if I'm really fiending a lot I'll just smoke a little bit while waiting for the next shot; however, not doing any at all would probably be most ideal if I want to get a good rush and not raise the risk of ODing too much.

Between 4-6 hrs is dead on. I have found though, that with tar, the rush continues to diminish every next shot of the day, unless the dosage is up. Then you have to worry about overdose. I'm clean now, but was a junkie for 9 years. My suggestion would be to stop. Life gets better. I'll always miss dope, but not all the shit that goes along with it.

Once I reup i would usually do a big dose and then a med one soon after, then i would wait 2-4 hours after each one.

well it depends. but last time i did a shot and i didn't even get that high. so i shot again within an hour. but when i shoot and feel high and everything's alright. i wait about 2-3 hrs or something. i think after that you just come down. so time to reload.

On the other hand, the gel in fentanyl is extremely toxic. Even for someone with tolerance I would suggest eating it instead of shooting it or even smoking it. I read its 80X stronger then morphine, don't know if thats true or not.

you waste a lot of it when you smoke it so possibility for oding is pretty low. My first time smoking fentanyl was when i was 15 and i smoked an entire 50 mg patch to myself. I wouldn't suggest anyone to smoke the entire thing but it certainly isn't as dangerous as eating it.

One of my questions was never answered and I was still curious as to what the answer could be- wondering if there is a difference in how long you have to wait in order to feel a good rush if you take a shot and miss (if you miss and don't even get a rush) as opposed to taking a shot and hitting it dead on, getting a rush, and then waiting for the next shot.

I have perfected my technique so now I hardly miss; however, if I did miss would I be able to take a shot sooner after it and get a good rush or would I have to wait longer than if I had hit the vein?

I am starting to assume that I would have to wait longer to get a good rush after a missed shot since it probably takes longer to absorb (this is just speculation). What I mean is like if you do a shot and hit the vein perfectly it will all go into your system at the same time and leave it all at once, but if you miss it will sit and absorb for a while (i don't actually know how long it takes for a missed shot to absorb) so for example if it takes 1 hour for all of the shot to absorb that will be an hour longer that it is in your system and you won't get as good of a rush. What do you guys think about this?
