Opioids time in between IV'ing opiates for same high as 1st shot.

Time between shots

I've always found that it's best to wait at least 6-8 hours between shots with Dilaudid, to get a decent rush and not feel like you are wasting precious, expensive pills. I was right wired to the HydromorphContin 24mgs and 30mgs. I would typically crush all the beads up and let them soak a bit but I'm not entirely convinced I was getting 100% of the dope in each shot, there was always a 'wash' left over in the spoon.

I found any more frequent than 6-8 hours (or 2-3 shots a day) is pretty much a complete waste of dope.

Oh and the first shot of the day in the morning is always the best!

shiaat just shot 5mg still getting full rush. 7th day and still seems no tolerance built up. but yeah i'm getting tired of dilaudid, more than one shot per day is a waste for me, the 2nd one ends up doing me more bad than good.
i plan to find a good opiate and do it 2/3x per week so i won't build tolerance or get addicted and won't overuse my hand veins like i'm doing now. probably it will be heroin since i think i got a good dealer now.
 
If you can avoid shooting up that's the best thing you can do. Other routes have less risk. Be careful with the heroin. Always test a little before you do a full dose with each batch to make sure it isn't too strong and you over dose.

thanks i'll do that and be careful. yeah but once you do IV other routes feel like a waste of product. and the rush addiction gets you. i think the biggest obstacle is not to get hooked up and keep doing a few times per week.
 
my 1st shot ever was some months ago, 4mg dilaudid which was way too strong. the rush was so powerfull... i could barely walk and talk just being in a bliss of pleasure. i wonder why that happens on the 1st shot ever. it's like the brain losing virginity to opiates.

8th day in a row IV'ing dilaudid and still haven't built a tolerance, still amazing rush and high. i only do 1 shot a day, more than that is a waste even waiting like 5/6 hours. hope i dont get withdrawal when i quit in 2 or 3 days (when my stash runs out).

btw what changes am i to face when i go from dilaudid to heroin? i heard it's like the dillies rush except lasts lasts the whole high...
 
My first shot ever was from 25mg Statex(morphine IR brand in canada, dunno why it's still even around).

Does not compare to waking up in sweat from w/d and bangin that on 4/8mg dilly you left on the kitchen table to have the next morning, at all still, at least relief-wise.

I didn't have a shot of dilaudid since sunday, source is dry, been enduring life with shitty CWE'd aspirin/caffeine/codeine. The first time I gulped a bunch it did literally floor me for hours!

But was nowhere as pleasurable and functional. On a dilaudid high I can do my daily business, i'm just layin in bed for hours when 'high' (feeling) large doses of codeine.
 
It it seems it clear that I am already reducing a lot, coping with CWE'd OTC pills since 4 days, the worst part is probably behind me already. Except for these goddamn paws, or when my source isn't dry anymore...resisting the temptation when sober and bored is also very difficult.

e: and also, i get blissful nods from 330+ mg codeines, which never happens with dillies, all the more reasons to leave it all behind

When I was in the hospital getting 2mg shots, I found that 3 hours was about perfect, in that I'd maintain a high while still getting atleast 75% of the same rush as earlier. The more and more you inject it, the less and less it will have an effect over time unless you put in days if not atleast a week in between use. It is just the way it goes. I was getting 2mg every two-four hours (the doc said I could get it every 2 hours, but I choose to wait three to maximize my pleasure while there). After a few days it didn't have the same rush considering I was doing it constantly, but if I did it a few times a day instead of like 10 times a day I could have maintained it a little longer.
 
im tired of dilies too tbh and just shot one. great rush but too short, can't shoot more than 1 per day. what besides heroin should i try? i plan to go on a like 3x hits per week i hope i have the strengh to not get caught up in a addiction, specially if im gonna fuck with heroin from the stories i heard.

Can I come to this said hospital with you next time? You were allowed to choose when you wanted your shots? niice8o
