Does Anyone know why sometimes i feel like time is going by really slow & it feels like hours have passed by?

MDMA itself causes time dilation. Sometimes 5 minutes feels like hours, other times a hour passes by in a minute. If other drugs are combined with it (2c-x, ket, or other) that may increase the time dilation.

Could be something in your pills. Because usually I feel like I dont want time to go by any faster because I am having too much fun and then 8 hours turn into the last hour of the event somehow lol. But one time I went to a event with my home girl and we took "mollys" but the thing was this stuff hit us like in 10 minutes and it didnt feel like we were rolling. Minutes felt like hours until we finally told each other that this doesnt feel like E but we didnt want to say anything to each other because we didnt want to trip each other out. In the end we found out that it was DXM or 2ct-7 or something like that was in the pill. Pretty sure its DXM because this one night I was really sick but couldnt fall asleep so I downed like a half of bottle of robitussin but it wasnt the one that makes you drowsy it was daytime lol. So I was trippin out all night until the sun came up because it kept me awake and minutes felt like days but then I remembered that this happened to me at the event I went to so pretty sure its DXM in your pills.

I usually get time dilation. During the peak 5 minutes seem like an hour. Typically when the peak subsides a bit, it becomes hard to believe that 2 hours past by so fast.

This is pretty normal with MDMA, psychedelics and stims.

I get time dilation every time. Last time I was coming to my peak while having a cigarette, and I looked down at the cig, and I could have sworn I'd been smoking it for a good few minutes and it was still completely there, VERY recently lit. This happened to my friend as well. Then before you know it 6 hours are gone and the rave is closing :(

Im usually the other way around - I have often been on the dancefloor when the lights have come on / music stopped and I ask 'Whats happend' - 'What's going on' only to be informed that the club/rave has shut and that 5 hours / two days have passed.

Drugs mess with your perception of everything (including time) - the age old saying of 'time flies when your having fun' is really applicable when raving.

I would have to agree with others in this thread.

On proper MD stuff time flies, when I got piped once, time pretty much stopped.

Sometimes time flies, sometimes it doesn't. All I know is that towards the end of my peak Im usually thinking that time would slow down so I could peak a little longer.

Mind you I think what your doing will play a strong part in this time perception - if your not enjoying yourself then time will drag.

usually on the comeup and early peak i'll be like omg it's only been 10 mins when i've been dancing for so long lol, and it feels so good cause you know you have so much time left

its cuz of ur brain coping with time differently while rolling. Often time feels like its moving slowly because your thinking about it in some sort of psychological way like when a student thinks about when class will end.
