There are a lot of factors that affect the answers you're looking for, like tolerance, length of habit, your regular DoC, your taper drug, comfort meds, etc.
But it sounds like you're asking how long you should wait between doses when tapering to stretch your existing stash to get to refill day. Is that right? Most people just try to stretch out their doses as long as they can, meaning when they become sick-sick, and not just starting to feel symptoms.
You have my sympathies. BuddingPharm got it right with the lope/Immodium. That shit really works, and for future reference, Costco sells it in 2 packs of 200 caps a bottle for $10-12. I've also got quick and great relief from Propanolol or Clonidine (BP medications that regulate the cold sweats), any muscle relaxant for RLS, hot baths/showers for chills and RLS, any benzos, Ambien/Lunesta/over-the-counter sleep aid (Benadryl is good) to hopefully knock you out for a few hours. Umm, there are a few more, but I'm spacing. I think some herbs are highly recommended and I know there's a list of them in a Tapering sticky.
Good luck! Refill day's tomorrow, yeah? It'll be unpleasant, but at least you're counting down hours now, instead of days.
