I hardly read threads about tilidine (brand name valoron). Is it not available in the US or dont peaple like it? Also what schedule is it? What was your experience like and how strong do you find it compare to other opioids?

Its a powerfull dissociative, i have had it from when i stole some at the animal hospital. It gave me a hangover, and it was reminiscent of PCP.

Negrogesic, are you sure you aren't thinking about tiletamine? It's an analogue of ketamine, whereas tilidate is a pethedine (demorol) like opiate, but doesnt have the nitrogen as part of a heterocyclic ring. Bit of a weird opiate; think it's only ever been used clinically in a few EU countries

Tilidine seems to be about as potent as oral morphine, however pubmed says that while oral tilidine is 1/10 as potent as IV morphine, IM tilidine is 1/22 as potent (which makes no sense).

I can't find anything about snorting tilidine and whether or not it is more or less effective than oral.

Also, naloxone is inactive in the 8mg range orally and nasally, correct? Just if you IV it?

I saw a bunch of posts where people were whining about how all they could get were 'junk' tilidine pills with naloxone in them... I assume they were people who were upset because they couldn't IV them?

I mean, everything I've seen on BL has indicated that naloxone is pretty much inactive orally unless you ingest like... a truckload or something (BTW, at what dosage does naloxone become active orally?).
