Opioids Tilidine - Kratom: Eye-Pain

Hello,
i take tilidine for pain and few times in the week kratom (mostly in the morning).
At first i thought that my eye pain (mostly at evening) came from Phenibut but i quited Phenibut few days ago (thanks for the guys from my Phenibut-Thread) and the eye pain is still there.

Is eye pain a possible Opioids symptom ?
