I have never had OEV hallucinations as vivid as on Tiletamine. My living room partially transformed to a jungle and a platoon of African soldiers moved from the front room to the kitchen, interacing wity me, halting by my chair, gestures exchanged cigarettes rolled.. and so much more than that.
I had cushioned the side effects with 50mg diphenhydramine, twice daily
That binge was the one time that ended with me shipped off to the hospital psych ward, the "psychosis"imploded in a single day when my fluids and food replenished. They kept me for nine days more because where the fuck had the "psychosis" gone, which i took as a rest period, and then back home
Dissociatives weird you out sometimes, and Tiletamine is very good at that.
I grossly abused it because I didnt realize how high I was. I was doing 50mg rectal syringes.
At a later time I retried Tiletamine and I had none such difficulty and none such insane doses, but it was too more-ish to have in my house.
Tiletamine is one of the best arylcyclohexylamines, way better than O-PCE. Very clean. So clean you can take way too much without realizing.
Rectal syringing Tiletamine and then sinking into my memory foam mattress as the inner jungle opened up.. That was among my best drug experiences.

Nowadays I stick to memantine, its superior to arylcyclohexylamines in its subtle graces, but if I could own an arylcyclohexylamine and use it responsibly, I'd have a kilo of pharma tiletamine HCl in my freezer. I can't though. I can't own a stash of arylcyclohexylamines, too compulsive.
