Tiësto’s Club Life Tour at the DC Armory

The partnership between Tiësto and Glow extends as far back as 2001’s Superglow massive. DC experienced the 2003 Nyana Tour and numerous In Search of Sunrise events. They brought DC nightlife to its knees with the 2007 Elements of Life outdoor event, drawing nearly 8,000 people. In 2009 Tiësto brought an LED concert set-up to the stage at Fur Nightclub. Most recently he brought his Kaleidoscope Remixed tour to DC for a no frills party… the calm before the storm.

still, i think imight hit this up. the fucking armory... my life was changed in there lol. really wary of what kinda crowd tiesto is going to bring tho.
 
Probably more teens that listen to Pauly D and say they like house than actual ravers, but it's tiesto. When you have a name that big the crowd is gonna be like that. I'd go just because I haven't seen tiesto before. I think one time would be enough though.
 
this was the best show i've been to in DC. i assumed security was going to be really tight because of the problems they had in years past, but i hardly saw anyone working inside and didn't even get patted down when i walked in. rumor has it deadmau5 is being booked here this summer. i need more armory shows in my life!
 
I hope your right bout the deadmau5 armory show. This summer. Maybe he can redeem him self for that whack ass show at ultra and for passing out at 930 last July!
 
yeah dude, his ultra set left me very disappointed. i wanted to hear "a city in florida" and "strobe" and he played neither. considering those are 2 of his biggest songs, a lot of people were left wanting more. the only thing that really sucks about his sets is he won't play for longer than an hour and a half. this 4 hour tiesto set was sick, and actually left you feeling satisfied. regardless, deadmau5 at the armory will be the shit.
 
The armory is fantastic. I wonder if there will ever be a massive there again, the Ultraworld parties there were some of the best I've been to.
