I have been taking 100mgs of tienpentine 3 or 4 times a day for a few weeks, need any info possible on supplyments that well balance out the major rebound depression, if anybodys beat this chem please share your story

kratom
mxe
piracetam
And l theinine
and benzos handy
but still can't shake the depression

You are going through mild opiate wds.Along with whatever other aspects tianeptine has.

You should be better in a week. Two at the most.

Be careful with benzos use them sparingly. The wds are no joke.

Yeah tryptamine isn't kidding. If you think opiate wd's are bad, benzo wd's are even worse. so like tryptamine said use them very sparingly because coming off of/withdrawing from both (opiates and benzos at the same time) is not very fun at all to put it nicely. I'm still trying to come off both but my doctor just put me back on benzos because I actually need them but I don't really want to be on them because coming off of one makes the others wd so much worse, at least in my opinion it does. Ive only went threw mild wds from benzos, bad part of tianptine is its liver toxic, plus extra antidepressant wds, just hell, nootropic from hell
