and torrential
seas,
deliver days
by way of waves,
a tide-ghost
believes and bereaves,
the seasons beyond
the beach,
searching further
from the sands
beneath feet,
that reach
to the people
and their dreams,
that return
to the seas,
remembered by streams
and rivers
that dreaming weeps.
