tianeptine (stablon) interactions (w/ amt, 6or5-apb, methoxetamine)?

i want to start the anti-depressant tianeptine, but i first want to know if there are interactions between in and the drugs mentioned in the title (which i haven't every tried yet but want to soon as well).

i image amt and 5- or 6-apb it would potentiate, but this is only a guess. MXE, dunno, hope it's safe though(?)

ps: any thoughts about tianeptine are also welcome. (i am considering adding agomelatine on top of it if it goes well, or maybe instead of it if it doesn't)

Mate, I don't want to speculate as to your medical condition right now but if you are taking tianeptine then I can only say DON'T experiment with any RC's! Definitely not AMT (quite likely hypertensive crisis or seratoin syndrome) or any analogues and wouldn't recommend it being worth you taking any other RC's as even if we think they're safe to date there just isn't enough data and you don't wanna being the first person to create the stat of anything being a killer. However saying that you *may* be safe with dissacotiaves but still I wouldn't risk taking anything alongside tianeptine. the only antidepressent I would ever take while any drugs/RC's r in my system is mirtazapine and that's just because of the established safety of mirtazapine with regards to blood pressure/ seratonin levels/ drug interactions. Other than that mate you take anything at your own risk and strongly advise you to strongly consider any chemical intake while on this medication. All the best, Korki
