I've used tienaptine a few times doses from 25mg up to a couple grams tolerance to the opiate effects grow quick with this I am planning on using this in its recommend dose in countries that prescribe this 12.5 mg I've been using kratom at lower doses at lower doses which I feel goes great with tianeptine. I've really only noticed opiate effects at over 50 mg with tianeptine does the lower dose still have opiate antagonist properties? I've also read it effects nmda receptors also is this have added effects on anti-depressive effects of tienaptine?
