Misc Thymoquinone (nigella sativa/black seed oil) potential for withdrawal symptoms?

Has anyone ever taken thymoquinone containing products for extended periods of time and experienced any symptoms when stopping? Or any theories that it may be possible? I've tried to search but can't find much. I've read that it has some action on opioid and gaba receptors which is what makes me suspect it does have potential for cessation symptoms.

I took 4 10% capsules daily for about a month and now it's been 3 days since I've taken any, and I've been feeling crummy the last 24 hours. Trying to quell my anxiety knowing it's just from stopping the thymoquinone and I'll feel better in a few days.
