Bupe Threw up after taking sub, still effective?

Hello,

I just put about 1 mg of subutex under my tongue (3-4 hours ago I took 2 mg but it wasn't enough) and threw up quite a bit about 4-5 minutes later. The pill was completely dissolved before I threw up as there wasn't very much of it, will it still be effective or did I lose it all when I threw up? I don't want to redose AGAIN only to find out an hour from now that it actually did work...
