Done both, like both...

MMF are easier to organise and I love the slight "gangbang" element of it, with men waiting their turn... I also love cock, so it's all good. Even better if there's some bi-element as I find two men together the hottest thing ever. And more than anything else, it is simply much easier to find a man, straight or bi, who is willing, able, and doesn't flake.

If your not comfortable with the idea of sharing, then don't do it, it will only hurt your relationship.

Swinging and group sex is not for everyone, it takes a strong, loving, trusting and solid relationship to be successful in this.
