Three Score & Five - Half-Passed Life

Shambles, you're only half a decade older than I am! I expected you to be older.

It's like finding that your uncle wanks onto Weetos or something... ;)
 
How did you know about that? He only told me when I caught him balls-deep and choccy-nobbed that one time.

Interesting Shambolic uncle fact: One of mine really did jump out a window and die whilst on acid in the late 60s. Yes - he was the one. It's a lot to live up to :D

Also, expected me to be older?!? Why you cheeky young scamp!!! Will wack ya with me Zimmer if you ever come within range :!
 
oh its a sad thing my vision is off par this evening, bloody hell I have to keep squinting at the text and its not an age thing lol%)
 
I'm 35 this year. Feel about 45 but don't look older than 25 if u ignore the grey hairs:\. I even got asked for id at a offie the other day by a a spotty yoof, didn't have any on me , was told i had to look over 30 to buy alchohol :?.
Anyone else found that prolonged substance abuse has helped keep the wrinkles away?
I say this now , in 6 months i'll probably be totally grey n look about 10 years older than i am:)
 
I actually thought opening this thread that I was going to discover Shammy was 65 =D

Good to know he's really only a year ahead of me...

Brimz: Only time I ever got ID'd for booze was when I tried to buy myself a relatively decent bottle of wine on my 18th birthday. Got refused even though I pointed out to the woman that she'd sold me a bottle of voddy just a few days previously 8)

I also don't have much in the way of wrinkles. If I bother to shave I'm still reasonably youthful-looking. Just about. I used to have pretty deep lines in me forehead (worry lines from angsty yoofdom, no doubt) but got an infection in me mid-20s which paralysed half me face. Was like natural botox - all lines gone overnight. Was a bloody painful night and trying to drink and eat and stuff was a comedy fest of very messy stylings for months after. Tis barely noticeable now but I'd probably recommend viral infections of the facial nerves over botox injections to get rid of those laughter-lines. Just try to get infected by the lil viral blighter that doesn't hurt cos at least one of 'em really, really hurts. They all make you look like a stroke victim for a few months after, mind. But still better than botox. Free too :)

Or just stick to a sensible course of drug-assisted relaxation. That's probably better than botox and even natural forms of semi-permanent facial paralysis. I'd just go with the drugs, to be honest.

As i said apart from a few grey hairs a la George Clooney:) ! People often think i'm in my mid 20s . The only explanation i can give is 15 years of opiates and 20 odd years of substance use:? Obviously this is n't what i say if someone asks me . I get really pissed when asked 4 I.D cos i don't wanna cary round my bloody Passport n i don't have a licesence.

You're quite the sprightlyspringy young chooky yourself, Mr Fishy. Especially given the advanced years ;)

I actually would've put you at around my own age when I met you. That anti-ageing drug diet really does work a treat - although clearly working better for one of us =D

I'd ask for info on what us "young" 'uns have in store for us but suspect you've got less growing pains than most of us anyway :D
 
White hairs and wrinkles are a pain in the bum. I've got one or two (not too many) of both at 33. Luckily my eyesight is going downhill too so as each year passes I can see them less and less. When I'm 80 I'll be one good looking son of a bitch.
 
White hairs and wrinkles on yer bum are definitely not a good look. But not in easy view for most and generally you've decided whether or not they're likely to point and laugh by the time they're exposed to it. Don't think I've reached the hairywrinky backside stage yet but not really inspected the region recently either. Do have a small spot in the crease under my left cheek at the moment which is really bloody annoying but probably not an age thing so much as it is a reminder to dry the area better (and between me toes) after bathing and stuff.
