thought id introduce myself

Hi all!
I'm female, 30, bipolar with psychosis & have had drink & drug issues over the years (can't say no) drugs mostly uppers & benzos, did fall in love with mdma for a bit too.
Currently self medicating with rc's, n methyl 2ai + mpa through the day & rc benzos in an evening. Not proud, know I shouldn't, but the bipolar meds I've tried have had ridiculous side effects & feel I'm managing well on my own - I know it won't last, I'll need more & more or get meself in a state but I also know if I just stop I'll sink to depression.
Anyway, I'm also a nail technician hence the name, a lovely partner (who would be heartbroken if he knew of my habit) & 2 gorgeous children who deserve a much better mum than me but I do my best.

Have you considered Psychedelic therapy? you might want to tread carefully if you consider this though; because with Bipolar you need to control the experience much more in depth: here's something from the psychedelic harm reduction section of the website
