Yes it is an Ampakine
the compound shows improvement in energy, focus, memory, cognition, and wakefulness apparently at doses of 300-900mg range

while i can not say with 100% certainty I am pretty sure there is no abuse or euphoria aspect to this chem
it is akin to modafinil in effect profile though workin gvia AMPA -- that is the best well known reference in effect though it is somewhat unique due to its different pathway

it may be due to abuse by athlete potentials -- that is my guess -- because it is not rec at all AFAIK
heaven forbid people want to better themselves though and use something that relatively safely enhances them
anway, if by chance anyone needs the abovementioned Ampakine for research purposes LMK
