This is totally humiliating but... what do I do?

Yup. A friend or douche. A removable shower head certainly would be helpful. Flush it out.
 
Are you totally sure you didn't already remove it? I mean I have stored a lot of drugs inside myself and although I have had trouble getting it out sometimes, I have never lost it, and I can put my fingers all the way up to my cervix, can't everyone?

Please no offense, but is it possible?
 
i am having trouble too understanding how one could not retrieve anything at all from in there with a little effort.

its good that its a balloon as opposed to something else, it should maintain integrity and stay intact if you remain gentle. there are so many layers, folds, etc in there that it may very well be snugly sitting in a wall. if u are not going to the hospital, i do not think you have any option other than to call a friend/boyfriend, lay on ur back, get a flashlight and let them find it. if its in there they will. i do hope u have someone that could do this type of thing for you......shit happens.

time is of the essence, you will not die but a bacterial infection is probably already setting in. take care
 
This sucks that this happened to you and I'm sorry it did.

I don't have a vagina so I'm not sure how helpful I can be, or how harmful my suggestions might be if tried. I don't know if this is suggested yet, but try using a lubricant (just to specify, I mean lubrication for sex, not just any lotion) and maybe tweezers or some tool of the sort might help you remove it without as much pain/discomfort. Or, if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, or anybody else you're comfortable with, they might be in a better position to try to remove it and they're probably more likely to see it if it's not too far in.

I can understand the danger, and the embarrassment, of having this done by a doctor, but it would be a lot worse to wait long enough for it to cause an infection (if it hasn't already) or for the bag to loosen enough for some or all of the dope to fall out. That wouldn't be good.

Couldn't you just go to the hospital or doctor and say that your boyfriend was joking, fooling around, being kinky or something and now you might have this small object still inside of you. Sure it sounds kind of ridiculous but it's better than having to say, 'i stuck a balloon of heroin up there when a cop pulled me over'. So then the doctor checks it out and on the chance that it is still up there, he takes it out. Perhaps he wouldnt even know that it was drugs, and if he did you could just be like 'oh gosh, i need to have a talk with him'...

And on the chance that the object is no longer there, you will simply find that out for certain and never have to explain anything.
 
I don't think it could have just fallen out because I would have seen it in my underwear or something... I mean I drove straight home and spent an hour trying to find it.

I'm sure its there, but its not like I can see what I'm doing and the rubber doesn't feel that different than the inside of me. And I can't stick a bunch of fingers up there to try and grab anything, so I'm just sweeping a finger around. And this balloon is TINY--its just .1g of heroin and its wrapped up in a little ball. It's a little smaller than the nail on my pinky.

I want to wait until I get back to SF on Wednesday and then go to the ER and say I was fooling around with my boyfriend and it got shoved up there... I'm sure weirder sexual things have warranted someone going to the hospital and its not like they're going to know its heroin . If something does happen that involves me getting arrested I want it to happen there where I have family and friends I can call. If I have signs of TSS I'll obviously go to the hospital, but I think I should be OK for the next four days.

I really wonder if they can arrest you. I mean you are free to leave right after the doctor gets it out so worst case scenario is you just walk out right?

Oh btw. Stick water up there!! Water go in, bag come out. I think a lot of people can't figure out why you can't find it because they think its larger than it is. A tiny little bag could get swashed around (moving away from your fingers as your fingers approach it)

Just use water... Lots of water. Ever had an enema?? oh and b sure to do it in the bathtub with the plug, so u get your heroin after all this ;)

I don't know if they can if you were just in there for medical attention. But I don't think they will buy that a small balloon full of something isn't drugs story though.

Go to the hospital.....you will not be arrested. The longer you leave it in there, the higher the potential for a major infection and/or overdose (tolerance depending).
 
Alright ladycakes............your cervix, I am positively sure, will not let anything travel TOO far up. Crouching and squatting might not help. If you have a friend you can trust to help that is all the better but if not you can do this alone, go out and buy a speculum, there are various and sundry feminist websites that will tell you how to use one, in addition to a do-it-yourself gyno exam. All you need is a speculum, a mirror, and confidence. And google. You will be able to get it out.....don't panic.....just lay back, prop yourself with a pillow, <-removed a little piece> relax, and do your thing! Keep us updated.........

get in the tub, us your kegals and pull some water into that cooch and squirt that sucker out..(my wife does this all the time, sorry if not all women can't)..
 
In England we have the NHS helpline that you can call to get medical advise 24 hours a day. Surely there is a US equivilent or something? That way you can find out what the best course of action is and also check if the doctors will be discrete about it or have a duty to inform LEO...

I seriously doubt any doctor will call the cops on you. Their main priority is helping people, not putting them behind bars...
