So, I'm new but not to the site. I'm here for 2 reasons; I'm trying to figure out how to transition from ex junkie to a person who is sick and in pain that should be treated like any non addict and not made to suffer or feel humiliated by des. Since I am being treated as second class I have been forced to handle it myself. I've tried it all and suboxone surprisingly was the best. I was almost normal, who am I kidding I've never been normal but I digress, it was amazing. I'm just looking for ideas on how proceed in both areas. Nice to meet you

Welcome,

Your aims are unclear, can you be more specific about what you wish to achieve? And your drug history and if applicable, your current drug usage.

hi, i hope you can adjust yourself to this new life. From.experience, it can be really hard...

Welcome Momgoose, I'm new too. It's very easy to become addicted to prescription pain medications, but also totally in the realm of possibility to manage pain without over medicating. Suboxone is not easily prescribed but certainly an effective medication from what I've seen. People seem to prefer it over Methadone from my experience. And ... Who's normal anyway? Perception is reality :)

Welcome to bl I really think this site is amazing and has a tremendous wealth of knowledge/information I hope you can tap into this to help you.
