So i was at a rave and i dropped my second poke, i was having a good time then my arms and hands went slightly numb, i felt a bit heavy and i wasnt feeling the E, my friends then sat me down and made me breathe deep and massaged my arms and it went away. Is this a mental thing? or blood circulation? Pills were tested on pill reports, nothing too bad in them.

Thanks

Listen to your body and drink water regularly, just don't go over the top. I find it always helps to go outside every now and then, sit down and let some cool air hit you :)

As mentioned, and I get it a lot on a big night, it's most probably dehydration.
I've actually fainted at an event and came close a lot of times after some of these symptoms and lack of hydration. Not fun.

Possible Dehydration symptoms:

- Rapid decrease in blood pressure (when you're feeling heavy, dizzy, numbness in arms, pins and needles)

- Swelling (being very dehydrated, usually first and most noticeable- swelling of the tongue, and glands; severe cases brain can swell)

- Increased heart rate (to compensate for low bp)

300ml water/15min should do the trick, and maybe a Gatorade or something after two hours or so, the shorter intervals the better rate your going to get hydrated. But who at a rave wants to be spending every 15min going to get a drink right?

Get a blood pressure check up too if you haven't lately, to be on the safe side. :)

agreed keeping hydrated is key but 300ml every 15 seems a lot. drinking too much water is a danger too on pills.

by your rate thats 1.2 litres an hour so at a rave 8 hours thats 9.6 litres. excessive id say for sure.
