Greeting, Bluelight! I'm a high school student of the Eastern United States who's very interested in pharmacology.

I like to think of myself as very in control of myself but I understand that may not be true because I'm seventeen and it's difficult enough for me to stop smoking cigarettes. Either way I came across Bluelight while looking into what others experienced with adderall and extended use because I stumbled upon a nice capsule that I took before school one day. I've always thought I've had ADHD and the adderall really helped me have an ideal day at school, but I was aware that it was an amphetamine and the little I know about dopamine receptors had me concerned about my natural levels of whatever.

I decided to join Bluelight for my own research and curiosity, because I can learn from others' experiences and knowledge as well as complete the surveys that I actually qualify for to help other students in their university studies.

The past hour or two I've spent on Bluelight have been educational and quite enlightening, or have just helped me self-reflect on my own thoughts, observations, and assumptions. I'm glad to have found this site.
 
I don't live on the east coast though, just the eastern part of the United States. The exact state isn't that important is it? If anyone was that interested they could cross-reference my avatar and find my zip code with only a bit of work. I'll let anyone who's that interested do that work if they can, but otherwise the state isn't important.

Thank you for the welcome though, I totally understand where you're coming from - I've never heard the east coast be referred to as the eastern United States either.
