No, it's not because the current one is old and busted, I just need some help around here. :p

You have a good knowledge of Bluelight in general - e.g. knowing how the software works, knowing which forums to recommend, knowing where to move drug-related threads, etc. etc.

You must promise never to use copy & paste welcomes - one should always try to treat all newcomers as individuals, and not just a way of increasing your postcount.

You must know what magic turns a Greenlighter into a Bluelighter - the secret to which is the closest subject to every n00b's heart. :D

The ability to type coherently while fucked up on all manner of substances would be a bonus, although not required.

Applications from non-staff members will be given preferential treatment.

Benefits: Increased PM space, insta-approval of Gallery comments, the ability to dish out warnings to people you don't like, and access to the staff porn forum.

Or, in some cases-the ability to go back the next day and edit/delete whatever nonsense they typed the night before ;)
 
@BB: Well... maybe you didn't, I thought that was a default staff thing? Works for me anyway. *shrug*

Actually that makes alot of sense because I never have to approve any comments from staff.

I've been a gallery mod so long I don't even know how it works for non-members anymore :)

Ach man I'm desperately trying to find the selection of pictures of the two toothbrushes in sexual positions.
