Often when I'm leaving my dealer's place after making a score, I suddenly get these waves of nausea. There have been times I've had to pull over, open the car door and puke. Other times, I'd dry-heave on my way to the parking lot where I'd usually smash & snort.
I've never had a physical dependency on opiates, so clearly this is all psychological.
Anyone else ever have this happen to them, even though there was no WDs?

this happens to my boyfriend ALL the time. it drives me crazy. sometimes he also gets sick after he finds out that he will be able to score and we are on our way there. i think it's a combination of excitedness/anxiousness/anxiety levels spiking because you know you are about to get high and the edge will soon be taken off.

i don't really get it fully.

I never get the nausea, ever, unless I smoke a cigarette after dosing and it doesn't hit the spot in the same way I thought it would (usually after I haven't had a cigarette in a while).

I had a boy who, straight out of detox, called me up to get bags... and so blowing only two bags hit him a bit harder than he might have expected; yeah we had to pull over so he could boot.

Never heard of this before. Like you said, it's obviously psychological - there can be no other explanation! That being said, our minds are capable of some crazy shit! I've heard of people worrying about stomach pains so intensely that they actually develop physical symptoms like stomach ulcers.
