Ok so for the last few days ive been binging on adderalls and vyvanses, i havent had much to eat or much sleep, i weigh 110, im extremely paranoid, my hands are super cold and i feel sort of trippy. This has never happened on amps before i am thinking im just paranoid please tell me im ok im soo paranoid.

you've been taking too much speed, stop, go to sleep, drink some water, eat some food, you'll be back to normal.

oh thank jeezus that makes me feel so much better but my chin is numb now am i gonna be all right?!

That is due to vaso-constriction, a common side effect of amphetamines.

Follow i against i's advice. Stop taking stimulants, eat some food, get your hydration levels up to where they need to be, take some vitamins and...most importantly, get some sleep.

I strongly recommend that you avoid binging on amphetamines again.

You are fine as long as you learn from this experience, as continuing this binge further CAN result in hospitalization.

The most important thing you can do is a three step process. 1) hydration 2) nutrition 3) sleep

NT said it perfectly

This brings me back to the good old days. You need to stop re dosoing and try to eat some food. Drink some water and maybe take a hot bath to relax. If you have some xanax or valium it will make you feel alot better. Take a break from stims for a couple days.

ok well im gona just gonna listen to system of a down and drink lots of tea, hopefully that helps, and thanks for helpin meh out

Wise words, you don't want to get caught out by caffeinated tea.

Don't smoke any cigarettes to calm yourself down either, or else your heart will go into overdrive. Let us know how you get on!

^Anti cholinergenics can cause tachycardia, though, he might just freak out even more from his heart beating like mad. This would be the perfect time to take a benzo, tbh, especially since he's panicking.

I have to say Doxylamine is a great non-benzo sleep med, though. Just keep in mind that the added urinary constriction, tachycardia, dry mouth, etc. are from the doxylamine, not the speed.

You need a nice meal and then a nice, long sleep. Your brain's fuel gauge is running on Empty, psychosis will be your next stop if you don't stop for gas sometime soon.

This is the best advice.

I don't know if drinking tea is wise, as it has caffeine, but at least it's not coffee.

Hopefully our amphet overdose pt is sleeping soundly by now :)

i call this this being "cracked-the-fuck-out" (but thats my personal term). Sit down, somewhere, you can watch tv, you can not. I find that having a laptop or tablet or something and just pointlessly scrolling through shit on places like reddit and facebook helps pass time. you're probably easily irritable, try not to talk to people, unless you feel social. turn off your phone, don't worry about what time it is (unless it really matters like you have some place to be). the most important thing is to realize that all these effects are CAUSED BY THE DRUGS YOU TOOK, and put all the other bullshit aside and ride it out.

first things first, eat. when you have no appetite, make oatmeal, VERY THIN, like a shake, and drink it, trust me its good. also eat fruits, like melons and apples, DONT eat oranges. Mashed potatoes if you need some carb, again, you can make it thin by adding a little hot water.

if you insist on solid food, keep a bottle of water nearby, take a small bite, take a sip of water, THEN chew, avoid acid and duh.. no spicy shit.

smoke some herb if you can (although however sometimes it trips my anxiety), get some benzos if you can, i hate OTC sleep aids because they make me feel like a zombie when i wake up. DO NOT DO DXM, you'll feel all sorts of weird.

if you're already passed out, well.. maybe this'll help on ur next binge

I cannot reiterate this enough. Time is really the best antidote.

hey im back, i kept waking up alot last night and had a hard time falling asleep, right now i still cant take full breaths but it might be from a virus that is running in my family, although this may sound stupid i took 15mg of addy to help me through the day without going to another binge ( dont tell me to stop amps im currently seeing a therapist about this and its helping my problem alot, i know i have an addiction, dont need to tell me) but i feel fine besides the shortness of breath im having right now since yesterday.

I was up to a 120 mg a day at one point and felt the same effects. I have not gone that far since and weigh 125lbs. At the time I mean. Take the answers above to heart and I hope you are ok...

Stop for about 48-72 hrs. at the least man, let your blood start flowing right andaterv get some rest, we all take stuff for whatever reason but you gotta listen to your body

The shortness of breath: Your body is probably exhausted. This happens. Might wanna get it checked out might not, i have no idea. it happens to me. but the best advice i can give you...

Rest. I've been here. Remember nothing is profound or as important or scary as it seems. Rest. Eat. Sleep. Sleep. Eat. Rest. Have a few beers. Take a benadryl even. I know something to take the edge off usually doesn't constitute harm reduction but I remember doing this with adderall and shit go outta control real quick and felt way worse than trying to come off meth even. eat, sleep, rest, take the edge off. when it gets real bad and you don't feel like sleeping take a brisk walk and listen to music. try and feel your body readjusting and recovering and every little step forward seems really cool. good luck.
