This can't be opioid withdrawal, can it?

I haven't taken any opiates since last Sunday night. Before that, I was taking approximately 60mg Oxycodone a day for about two weeks. These past three days have just been really anxiety-ridden. I feel cold when everyone else in my house is warm. I can't sleep. I feel totally on the edge 24/7, and I'm just worried about everything. I can function pretty fine physically, it' just mentally that I'm a wreck. I don't even feel like going outside because of the anxiety.

Alprazolam isnt helping at all either, never does for me. Is it possible to catch withdrawals from such a short time of use? I honestly have no idea, so any input would be helpful. Thanks.

I'd probably say that's what it is and maybe why u aren't experiencing physical symptoms except for being cold.

dependency deppends On dose and length of use and is different for everyone.

If it's withdrawal, it's very little, and you are lucky. Will pass soon. Don't go on a binge again or it will turn into a year...and then you will be having severe withdrawal. :\

Yeah I usually keep my usage to weekends but like an idiot I decided to go on a binge thinking nothing would happen. I kept telling myself that I just had a cold or something, but I've never had a cold that brought on so much anxiety. I'm hoping I'll start feeling better this weekend, if this is in fact withdrawals.

A two week binge may not cause withdrawals but a two week binge on high doses like 60mg Oxycodone can cause withdrawals. They wouldn't be major, mostly mental...very similar to the type of withdrawals that you are experiencing. Its day three for you so they should go away in a day or two.

Ah that makes sense... thanks. I'm also feeling extremely restless, this shit is so annoying. This'll definitely make me think twice about doing this again. I could only imagine what a bigger habit would be like.

i would get slight withdrawal from that amount of use.. i would definitely classify those as minor withdrawal symptoms. hang in there though, youll be fine in a few days.

Yep sounds like very very light withdrawal to me. I didn't realize you could get it from 2 weeks use though.

Be grateful its happening and you're just getting a very very small dose of how hellacious WD is for people with larger/longterm habits. Now you know what to avoid =)
