If you really want it, go for it! I hated my nose, huge and also broken multiple times, and I don't regret rhinoplasty one bit. It gave me the confidence in my looks that I always knew I could have. It's a quick and pretty painless process too, no worse than a more invasive dental procedure. My only advice is to find the best surgeon you can and don't skimp at all on money, and NEVER go for a cheap surgeon, EVER. I went for a middle-of-the-pack one, and he didn't mess up but he was too conservative so now I'd like a revision, which won't be cheap. Had I spent another two grand, I'd probable save the 5+ extra I'll have to pay for a revision. That said, no one can tell I've had surgery and I've been told I have a cute nose now so all's well. I'm normally against getting plastic surgery myself but I'm all for nose jobs after getting mine, it's not nearly as serious a surgical procedure as some and the resulting confidence is completely worth it. If I hadn't done it young, I would've regretted not getting it sooner. Financially, it was far more worth it to me than a week at a resort or expensive jewelry. Can't put a price on confidence.
