Think I'm overdosing please help! Scared and want users answers before calling 911

Took 7 54mg concentras (with sponge off just medicine) within 30mins. Has been 1 1/2 since injestion and I'm concerned I'm showing the signs of overdose. Never taken concentra, weigh aprox. 140lbs and was just trying stay awake! Not suicidal!! Took 2, didn't feel them then 2 more etc. never used drugs so very scared! Should I be? Is this a high or concerning dose or what? Quick response please. Symptoms are as follows: tacacardia, dry throat and mouth, throat swollen, cold sweat, uncontrollable muscle twitch/shaking, headache, dilated pupils, headache, confused (keep forgetting things), back pain, and nausea. HELP PLEASE. Or tell me I'm gona be fine that'd be great too

Why would you eat 7 concerta within 30 mins? You know these pills are XR and can take at least an hour or more before they give any effect. What you are in for is several hours of overstimulation that will suck. I know because I took the same amount of ritalin once, but that was with tolerance and it still felt like shit. You will most likely be fine, stimulant overdose is really unpleasant but most of the time not dangerous.

Eat some benzos if you have them.

Besides this /\, if you ever are concerned that you have OD'd, CALL 911, not post on an internet forum. And for goodness sakes, if you have never taken a med before don't take 7 times the regular dosage!

There is no way for us to tell on this forum if you will be ok. If you are concerned call 911 or go to the ER.

Stimulant ODs are very unpleasant as stated above but not dangerous for the most part...MOST part I mean crystal ODs at least in my experience are dangerous but something weak as concerta I can't really speak on?. Again your body chemistry is different so we can't really tell you anything..I mean why would you take 7x the normal dose if you don't even have a tolerance to concerta Ritalin etc? Shit you don't even use drugs?!?! Anyway if your really are concerned contact 911 or drive your ass to the hospital or have someone take you!!!? Don't waste time on a fucking Internet forum hoping for someone to magically save you!! Your life could be in jeopardy man...THINK!..anyway I hope you get better or have gotten help.
