Think I got some bunk Molly - test results help please

Picked up some of this stuff today. Supposedly the talk of the town, people saying they havent rolled this good since early last decade.

Figured i would cope and test to see what all the hoopla was about. I'll admit, after hearing the reviews, my hopes were a bit high...until i tested.

I only have the Marquis reagent on hand so thats what I used.

Dusted a decent sized amount of powder out on a plate and dripped. The solution fizzed and smoked (literally) right away then it turned a mustard yellow color with some small squiggly blackish blotches mixed in. Waited and waited... the color never changed.

What is this crap? I assume it's not MDMA (or contains very little). Correct?

Dont know about the color change but in my experience good Molly does Fizzle upon testing..good luck

Definitely not MDMA - turns black, no exceptions. It should look like an ink puddle. I believe yellow is Methylone. The black lines sound like there could be a tiny amount in there, but not enough to really do anything. Maybe it was cut a few times? Sorry dude, getting ripped off sucks, and I know it all too well with MDMA these days. :/

yeah as foxy said yellow indicates a cathinone of some sort. the black would suggest there's something else in there too. yellow may mean methylone but it could also mean MDPV so be careful on the dosing. in fact the very latest marquis testing kits come with additional charts including for cathinones.

assuming it is methylone it's good stuff, not quite mdma but in it's own way it's good.

even molly of consistent texture and good looking marquis results can contain cuts that don't show up on any test. not to say I understand it in any way, but look up msm on here. Ive had upwards of 600 mg of molly before, tested fine on marquis, but the fact that 100 mg of it wasnt enough says to me it had somehow been cut quite thoroughly. plus an inert cut is going to slow the rate of absorption. I used to roll, but no longer, the people with powder molly all pretended that moonrock and crystal mdma didnt exist.
