I have learned:

To avoid grit weed (A few years ago when that was all that was going)
Test MDMA before consuming
Dont mix opiates with alcohol (i still do it but only very low doses)
Stay well clear of Mephedrone

Also, loads of other stuff that i cant really remember right now, but it has been a life saver for me, literally.

I'll second that. Even though it's mainly by me.

I've learned that there are more good drugs other than coke, eccies, weed & acid.

I've learned about & since tried things like mephedrone, mdpv etc. Dunno if that's necessarily a good thing. It probably is because had I come across mephedrone without having people to tell me it's dodgy then I'd probably be sitting here on about 5 gram at the moment or in hospital with a heart attack.

Found out about 2c's. Still to really get in to them, tried a few different ones only a couple of times, but it looks like 2c-i might be the new drug of choice for a while. Good times.

I learned that you're all really cool man, you're really cool. Well most of you, some of you are cunts haha.

I also learned what was going on with the bad eccies!

I have learnt to play the tuba.

...and also, gained a lot of hope and understanding that people are, essentially, good. :)
 
I think we should switch from patter to craic for a bit until patter regains its appeal
 
I haven't been here for long, and whilst mostly Bluelight has just confirmed what I've ascertained by my own laborious meandering journey through sites like Erowid, the main thing I've learned so far is that I should have signed up here alot earlier.
 
I've learned a bunch from here, bits and pieces of knowledge here and there that have actually been useful in real life! Also it's a good craic, got to know some awesome people and it's helped me be a bit more confident and straight-headed (emotionally, anyway haha)
 
I've learned more in the last year or so about drugs from BL than I have in the previous 20+ years of taking em.

I've also learned how to experiment, widen my repertoire and practice harm reduction - making a better effort to integrate the pleasures of my drug taking into my life without fucking it up.

Almost same as above only with 10 years use. I've learned loads about legal highs. Products I've never even heard of.

I'm not scared to try new things because someone here has already tried them and has informed the rest on how to use them. What not to mix etc.

I've also "met" some amazing people and have plans to actually meet some amazing people.

BL has taught me that you never know what goes on behind closed doors.


Thank you to everyone in EADD for taking the time to get to know me and letting me get to know you a bit better. Sorry for being a crabby shite the past few days.

The people I've met here are amazing and as cliché as it sounds I feel I'm a better person for having "met" all of you. Especially Kate, Shambles, Felix and how can I forget, EVAD ( who also keeps my " snobbish" ass grounded) !! =D
